Jamaal Al-Din, a devout 18 year Muslim has attended many Christmas Day meals and says this one ranks at the top. Jamaal Al-Din, who attended local, Mountain Home High School, is owner of the electrifying basketball, YouTube and entertainment website, Jamaal Al-Din's Hoops 227 (227's YouTube "ChiLi!"). He is a former player of Olympic basketball record setter and free throw tutor of the NBA's Shaquille O'Neal, Ed Palubinskas. Ed Palubinskas is an alumni of LSU and BYU-Idaho (formerly Ricks College).

"Back home in Grand Rapids, Michigan, we do catfish and blue-gill,. I like the taste! Here in Boise, it's Trout and Catfish. I like Chef Roland's taste!"
